Shiptection FAQ

We ship all orders with tracking to help you monitor their progress during transit. For added peace of mind, we offer optional insurance protection for a nominal fee to cover the loss or theft of your items.

It's important to emphasize that if your package is lost, Garcon will not be responsible for the loss and will not replace the lost items. In such cases, you, the customer, will be responsible for creating a claim directly with the courier. Typically, the maximum coverage in such cases is $100 or less.

If you purchased Shiptection and you need to file a claim for your lost, damaged or stolen order, please email us at info@garconofficial.com

Please note that for lost and stolen packages, customers are asked to wait 30 days to file a claim.
