1. Organizer

The Garçon Newsletter Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is organized by Garçon Model Ltd (“Organizer”), with its registered address at 422 Richards St, Suite 170, Vancouver, BC, V6B 2Z4, Canada.

2. Eligibility

• The Giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
• Employees of Garçon Model Ltd, its affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
• The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

3. Entry Requirements

• To enter, participants must subscribe to the Garçon Newsletter via the official subscription form on our website.
• Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.
• Entries must be submitted during the Giveaway period as outlined below.

4. Giveaway Period

• The Giveaway begins on January 1 2025 and ends on December 31 2025 (the “Giveaway Period”).
• Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.

5. Prize

• One (1) winner will receive one pair of Garçon underwear of their choice.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries within 15 days after the Giveaway ends.
• The winner will be notified via the email address provided during subscription.
• If the winner does not respond within 15 days, a new winner may be selected.

7. Privacy Policy

• By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to have their email addresses collected and used by Garçon Model Ltd for marketing and communication purposes.
• Participants may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
• Personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent.

8. Publicity Rights

• By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Garçon Model Ltd to use their first name, city, and prize details for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Garçon Model Ltd is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
• The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the Giveaway.

10. Acceptance of Terms

• Participation in the Giveaway constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
• Garçon Model Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
