We accept returns of unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Returns will be issued in the form of store credits (not including shipping or customs). Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

For hygiene reasons, all underwear and harnesses are final sale and non-exchangeable. Worn items or returns lacking the original packaging will incur a 25% restocking fee.
