Returns & Exchanges

All returns and exchanges must be within 30 days of shipping.

We cannot accept returns of used or worn items unless deemed defective. 

Once your order has been approved for return (by emailing customer service), send all packages marked "Returned Goods" by regular mail*

*Packages returned by UPS, DHL, Fedex or other couriers will NOT be accepted.

Important:

  • Garçon will NOT cover the shipping cost of your return or exchange.
  • You may return your unworn product(s) within 30 days of purchase subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • Product and packaging must arrive back in the same condition in which they were sent: new, unworn and not washed, and in the original packaging.
  • Refunds will be issued once the returned items are received.
  • All exchanges are subject to availability.
  • Refunds are applicable to the goods only and do not include any customs and shipping charges.
  • All items purchased from a reseller must to be exchanged or returned to that specific location.
